It\u2019s time for new sparkling encounters<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Sparkling Wine Fest Croatia is launching SWF Sparkling Sessions \u2013 a cycle of educational workshops dedicated to the world of sparkling wines, initially taking place in Zagreb once or twice per month.<\/p>\n

The program is led by two prominent names of the Croatian sommelier scene:<\/p>\n

Kristijan Harja\u010d<\/strong>, three-time Best Sommelier of Croatia,<\/p>\n

and Antonio Gregori\u0107<\/strong>, 4th Best Sommelier of Croatia.<\/p>\n

Their knowledge, experience, and passion for sparkling wines form the foundation of these sessions, designed to be equally engaging for beginners and experienced wine enthusiasts.<\/p>\n

In addition, there is the possibility of guest lecturers joining selected sessions \u2013 sommeliers and wine experts who will enrich the program with new perspectives and themes.<\/p>\n

There is also a plan to organize visits to sparkling wine wineries, allowing participants to experience the origin and production of sparkling wine first-hand.<\/p>\n

Two Programs \u2013 From First Steps to Deeper Understanding<\/h3>\n

The Entry Level program is created for those discovering sparkling wines for the first time.<\/p>\n

Through guided tasting and discussion, participants will explore:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • main types of sparkling wines<\/li>\n
  • production methods<\/li>\n
  • styles and key world regions<\/li>\n
  • proper serving and enjoyment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The goal is to provide a confident and inspiring starting point for further exploration of the world of bubbles.<\/p>\n

    The Advanced program is designed for participants with prior knowledge who wish to deepen their understanding of style, terroir, and production philosophy.<\/p>\n

    Here, tasting becomes conversation, analysis, and exchange of ideas \u2013 in the company of Croatia\u2019s leading sommeliers.<\/p>\n

    By attending SWF Sparkling Sessions, participants will:<\/p>\n
