There’s something special about a Saturday morning when you know a glass of good sparkling wine, a light lunch and a relaxed atmosphere without any pressure are waiting for you. That’s exactly what we wanted to create when we launched Sparkling Saturdays — a concept that, in partnership with Witrina Wine Shop & Bar, brings a piece of the SWF Croatia experience to the heart of Zagreb, months before the festival even begins.

Sparkling Wine Fest Croatia is the highlight of the year, but we believe sparkling wine shouldn’t have to wait until November. That’s why we decided to create a series of gatherings that give Zagreb audiences the chance to meet our exhibitors ahead of time, taste their sparkling wines and get a feel for the atmosphere that awaits them at the festival itself.

Every Saturday is a kind of preview — a small festival packed into one afternoon, carrying the same energy and the same philosophy that drives the whole SWF project: that sparkling wine is accessible to everyone, at any moment, without needing a special occasion.

All You Can Drink — €25

For a single price of 25 euros, guests can enjoy unlimited tastings of sparkling wines from our SWF exhibitors. No rush, no pressure — just the space to try, ask questions and discover what suits you.

Each Saturday features a different selection of winemakers who will be part of the festival in November. It’s a chance to get to know the labels and producers you’ll meet again at Sparkling Wine Fest Croatia.

Good sparkling wine deserves good food. Witrina prepares a light lunch using ingredients from Metro, one of our key partners — simple, tasty and the perfect companion to a glass in hand.

An acoustic duo and DJ keep the atmosphere relaxed yet lively — exactly how a Saturday afternoon should feel.

Every visitor who opts for the All You Can Drink package receives a discount on tickets for Sparkling Wine Fest Croatia. A small thank-you for everyone who joins the story early, ahead of November.

Sparkling Saturdays runs from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM on the following Saturdays:

•September 12

•September 26

•October 10

•October 24

All at Witrina Wine Shop & Bar, in the heart of Zagreb.

Sparkling Saturdays isn’t just a tasting. It’s an introduction to the philosophy we build on all year long — that sparkling wine isn’t reserved for special occasions, that the Saturday itself is reason enough. There’s no pressure to know everything about wine here, no restaurant-wine-list formality. Just a glass, good food, music and people who share the same passion.

If you’ve ever wanted to dip into the world of sparkling wine without the obligation of becoming an expert overnight, this is the perfect way to start. And if you already know what you like — this is your chance to try something new before the whole crew gathers in November in Jastrebarsko.

See you Saturday at Witrina.
