Jastrebarsko, often referred to as Jaska, is a town in central Croatia, situated halfway between Zagreb and Karlovac. Its residents are commonly known as Jaskanci or Jaskanke, with alternative names including Jastrebarci or Jastrebarke. The area is renowned as the most important wine-growing region in central Croatia, while also serving as a key economic, craft, and tourism hub.

Jastrebarsko and its surrounding areas are a popular destination for visitors, attracting tourists with its stunning landscapes, nature reserves, cultural and historical monuments, renowned wines from local vintners, and gourmet specialties.
