There’s something special about a Saturday morning when you know a glass of good sparkling wine, a light lunch and a relaxed atmosphere without any pressure are waiting for you. That’s exactly what we wanted to create when we launched Sparkling Saturdays — a concept that, in partnership with Witrina Wine Shop & Bar, brings a piece of the SWF Croatia experience to the heart of Zagreb, months before the festival even begins.
Why Sparkling Saturdays?
Sparkling Wine Fest Croatia is the highlight of the year, but we believe sparkling wine shouldn’t have to wait until November. That’s why we decided to create a series of gatherings that give Zagreb audiences the chance to meet our exhibitors ahead of time, taste their sparkling wines and get a feel for the atmosphere that awaits them at the festival itself.
Every Saturday is a kind of preview — a small festival packed into one afternoon, carrying the same energy and the same philosophy that drives the whole SWF project: that sparkling wine is accessible to everyone, at any moment, without needing a special occasion.

All You Can Drink — €25
For a single price of 25 euros, guests can enjoy unlimited tastings of sparkling wines from our SWF exhibitors. No rush, no pressure — just the space to try, ask questions and discover what suits you.
Sparkling Wines from SWF Exhibitors
Each Saturday features a different selection of winemakers who will be part of the festival in November. It’s a chance to get to know the labels and producers you’ll meet again at Sparkling Wine Fest Croatia.
Midday Lunch
Good sparkling wine deserves good food. Witrina prepares a light lunch using ingredients from Metro, one of our key partners — simple, tasty and the perfect companion to a glass in hand.
Live Music
An acoustic duo and DJ keep the atmosphere relaxed yet lively — exactly how a Saturday afternoon should feel.
Discount on Festival Tickets
Every visitor who opts for the All You Can Drink package receives a discount on tickets for Sparkling Wine Fest Croatia. A small thank-you for everyone who joins the story early, ahead of November.
